Abdulkadir Bolaji Abdulkadir is a Principal Partner in The S & A Law Lounge. He has about 20 (twenty) years experience in active legal practice in diverse areas of law.
This includes:
- Environmental law
- Solid Minerals Law
- Environmental Health Law
- Human Rights Law
He obtained his LL.B degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He attended the Nigerian Law School in 2005 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He bagged his LL.M from the University of Ilorin in 2010 and capped his knack for academic excellence with a Ph.D. in Law at the International Islamic University, Malaysia in 2014.
He has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin since 2008. He became a professor in 2022.
He has authored several articles in academic journals across the globe and has presented conference papers at local and international levels in these areas of law.
He is a board member and Director, Research, & Innovation of the Constitutional and Democratic Justice Initiative, an NGO aimed at using the principles of constitutional and democratic justice to encourage the government and others to address developmental issues and the challenges posed to constitutionalism and real democracy as a result of poverty, injustice, corruption, inequality and equity.
